Newington Home Addition

Our retired clients approached us to build an addition onto their daughters home. With downsizing in mind, selling their home in Montreal, QC to move to Ontario with the goal of being closer to their daughter, son-in-law and their incoming grandchildren!

We worked closely with our clients to design them their dream home that connected seamlessly to their daughter’s existing home. With a shared entrance foyer and separate entrances to their own homes, it gives them the privacy of their own homes while still being connected and close to each other. This allowed our clients to be a part of their grandchildren’s everyday life, being ‘live-in’ babysitters for their daughter and son-in-law, all while having their own private home to relax in. A win-win scenario for the whole family!

This beautiful home addition features 10ft vaulted ceilings in the great room, fully equipped custom kitchen, gas fireplace with media built-ins and entertainment center, 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with walk-in closet, and a 4 piece bathroom with freestanding tub and custom walk-in shower!
